Service Description

4 sessions per month ($200 per month). Charged monthly, can take some time to see change. Each individual is different with the timeframe of the treatment depending on their personal history and what is needed. The service is not to treat any diagnosis. It is for the teen to find who they are and work through what is happening in the present moment to get closer to their values by committing to the actions needed. the class also helps with psychological flexibility to accept things out of their control. 1 hour per class.
